Absolutely, I agree. Maybe take it up directly with support. Yes, electronic devices often break down after just over two years. Exception: my TV is now 7 years old ;)
As a delivery/invoice recipient in CH, I expect a CH plug as soon as 3 poles. I cannot say whether Digitec/Galaxus takes this into account correctly with this product.
A normal travel adapter (not recommended in the long term) or a fixed adapter can of course be plugged in. However, I was not supplied with one. Attention: This is a monitor, not a television. It can be mounted with a VESA mount. When using the speakers (via HDMI), the volume cannot be controlled via a playback device such as Apple TV, only on the monitor itself.
Hello,
Yes it is compatible and it is quite possible to display at the maximum resolution of the screen at 60Hz as long as the usb-c to Displayport or HDMI adapter allows it.
I would like to thank you for your support and for your efforts in making this product available to the public.
Yours sincerely
Not one could. One should! It is the better solution
If the power cable is pluggable, replacing the cable is always preferable to an adapter. You don't even have to buy the cable yourself. Digitec should iron out their mistakes at their expense and not the customer's (see info below).

Digitec is obliged to supply electrical appliances with a Swiss plug. If the appliance is supplied with a foreign plug, a suitable replacement cable should be supplied if the mains cable is pluggable or alternatively if the mains cable is permanently connected, a suitable adapter should be supplied.
If the appliance is delivered without a suitable plug, complain to the customer service and insist on a cable or an adapter, free of charge.

Why is it (still) not possible to filter by warranty period?
Are you aware that the customer should not be able to select products according to the criterion "warranty period"?
If so, why?
As a matter of principle, I (almost) no longer buy anything where the manufacturer only gives a 24-month guarantee.
For a PC monitor, for example, I think that the manufacturer who claims to have the best product on the market should also offer an extended warranty, for example 3 years or even 5 years.
Because: A good product or "the best product" is so good that it also "lasts" a long time.
For the customer, the longer warranty period is also something of a safeguard for his investment.
I connected this monitor to my PS 4 Pro and thought about exactly the same thing as you. However, I think that the 60 Hz is too little. In my opinion, one of the biggest features of the PS 5 is the 120 FPS and you can't use the monitor for that. I would recommend you to buy a monitor with at least 120 Hz and if that would be too expensive, a less high resolution, but of course that's again a question of the distribution of importance. I hope I could help you a little, but of course everything is without guarantee.
I saw this info: only "Conditional HDR10 Support" at https://www.4kmonitor.net/lg-32uk550-b/
My experience with the LG:
In the monitor OSD, the only HDR setting is: Picture mode = HDR effect.
Then, on the whole, you can only adjust the brightness (other settings greyed out).
There is then a certain effect (as with other modes such as video, photo, gaming, etc.),
but the colours are then only at standard.
If you want to set the colours yourself (as I do), this function is not useful in working mode (at most for videos).
(at most for videos).
