Absolutely, I agree. Maybe take it up directly with support. Yes, electronic devices often break down after just over two years. Exception: my TV is now 7 years old ;)

A normal travel adapter (not recommended in the long term) or a fixed adapter can of course be plugged in. However, I was not supplied with one. Attention: This is a monitor, not a television. It can be mounted with a VESA mount. When using the speakers (via HDMI), the volume cannot be controlled via a playback device such as Apple TV, only on the monitor itself.

Hello, Yes it is compatible and it is quite possible to display at the maximum resolution of the screen at 60Hz as long as the usb-c to Displayport or HDMI adapter allows it.
