If the PC has an IR receiver, probably yes.
There is an extensive device database. In addition, commands can be taught.
This should work without any problems. However, visual contact is necessary with IR, unlike with the Bluewin TV remote control!
Check the plug of the dongle. If this is not the reason, try restarting the TV box.
For devices in the cabinet, the hub is the best, you can connect 2 small transmitters and so also set up your remote control via the app so easier.if already buy the elite is more expensive but a lot better

This remote can control up to 10 devices. Including Apple TV. But Zattoo is only an online service and the Harmony 665 can only operate the devices. So Zattoo must be available on one of these devices, otherwise the remote won't work.

In addition to the 4 coloured keys, channel up, channel down, it can be programmed as desired, on fixed keys, on optional function keys on the small display or both. It just depends on the TV, box or satellite receiver. There may even be more options than on the original remote control. So: it works 100%.

But even if there is an OK there, it is possible that certain functions do not work completely satisfactorily. For example, my receiver can only be switched off completely when a switch-off command is sent again via the help function. All the programming around has not helped so far. But despite this drawback, it is still better than juggling with countless remote controls. You always have the wrong one in your hand anyway.
