I have connected the ir dongle from swisscom, but the remote control still does not work, does anyone have any experience?

This should work without any problems. However, visual contact is necessary with IR, unlike with the Bluewin TV remote control!
Check the plug of the dongle. If this is not the reason, try restarting the TV box.
