Hello, are you already using the WLAN with other devices? If so, plug in the stick, restart the PC, then insert the installation CD again and run it through. Then try to establish a WLAN connection to the router as usual. To do this, you need to know its name and password (this is usually written under the router).

Besides, we have usb 3.0 today and the plug gets endlessly hot, so internet failures may be due to the overheated plug. But otherwise this is a fine solution.
