Our 2-year retailer warranty is generally equivalent to a manufacturer's warranty. Please note our terms and conditions: "Wearing parts such as batteries, rechargeable batteries, power cables, adapters, lamps and software problems are excluded from the warranty by both Digitec Galaxus and the retailer. Otherwise, the exclusions of liability according to section 8 apply." https://www.galaxus.ch/de...

Hello, don't listen to Digitec's automatic reply. I bought the phone yesterday and this is what you get. A usb-c cable and a SIM ejector tool. You need to buy a charger and a protective case separately.

I strongly assume that Digitec/Galaxus only sells the global - in this case: European - version of the devices. I bought my OPPO Find X9 Pro here too - and everything works perfectly. Brief support from Swisscom was necessary (in the shop) to activate the SIM changeover. But it wasn't a big deal (compared to a previous model from HONOR, which was a bit tricky). Have fun with the device! PS: If you want to wait for a used one (a bit cheaper): I'll be offering mine here in the shop soon. It's still (almost) like new ; )

The price difference is not only due to the device itself, but also to the market, taxes, certifications and global distribution. If you buy it directly from China, you will indeed pay much less, but this may also mean less service and warranty in your country.

Due to different suppliers and delivery conditions, there may be price differences compared to other suppliers. We always endeavour to offer a price in line with the market. However, this is not possible for all products.
