Hello, we are talking about two different technologies. Indeed, 4K indicates the definition of the screen (3840 x 2160), Oled indicates the type of panel. We have here the best "quality" possible. Indeed, LCD screens are less contrasted.

Yes, the TV has an optical output for the sound = Toslink. Headphone output/Cinch is also available. SPDIF is not. Current AV receivers are connected to the TV via ARC HDMI and thus transmit picture and sound digitally.
Ambilight can be switched off, but it has never got on my nerves ;-) I am highly satisfied with Philipps. However, I have only played OneClickAdv. so far and everything is tip-top with it. All I can say about the two alternatives is that I deliberately chose Google as my operating system.
