As long as it's just the HDMI signal with a bit of audio, it should work. ARC will not work. But I would rather buy something future-proof with 4k: Ultra-Fast Video Extender (18m, 4k pass-through, Dolby Vision)
The power adapter supplied must be used for this. This was the reason for my return :-(
Very good for transferring PC data (PowerPoint). Tested at 1920x1080.
Unfortunately, this is not possible.
No, unfortunately not. All the technology has to fit into such a stick.
There is an error on my question: WirelessHD used an operating frequency of 60 GHz
Yes, even the sound works. The transmitter gets quite warm but I think as long as you don't need a 24h solution it fits :-)
Hello, that is possible. The distance has to be taken into account. HDMI audio transmission is not that great in terms of quality.
According to the manufacturer <1ms. See: https://www.purelink.de/consumer/wireless/prospeed-series/whd030-v2-wireless-hdmi-10m/ I can't really detect any delay in real operation.
Probably there is some loss in bitrate as the video has to be encoded to meet the standard of sending it wireless. If you would actually notice though i cannot answer for you.
2 HDMI connections ? A). I can't imagine that 2 HDMI transmitters can be plugged in next to each other (space). B). there is no replacement or 2nd transmitter (HDMI) to the Wireless Extender. C). Buy BARCO, although expensive, is the only good working solution, one receiver, multiple "transmitters".
That is correct, provided the laptop has the correct HDMI interface. I also bought 3 different adapters, 1x miniDisplayport to HDMI, 1x Displayport to HDMI and 1x Apple Lightning to HDMI, so you can even plug in an iPhone or iPad and the transmission to the TV works.
