This works without any problems. I use a similar table microphone myself for all kinds of recordings or communication :)
According to the data sheet available in the specifications, this is a TRS cable (it is always better to rely on the specifications rather than on the images that are sometimes reused)

If the gopro has a mic with power then yes. Motorbike rather not with a lot of wind the mic capitulates.

Do not use this microphone for the GoPro. I only use the original from the Media mod, it would be too big for me!
