Is the EU precision about the plug? If yes, is this EU plug ok for our Swiss plugs? What is the difference between the S21 Ultra 5G and the S21 Ultra 5G EU?

The indication EU is present, because it is an import. This phone is intended for Europe, but not directly for Switzerland. It may not be possible to use it for certain purposes such as internet calls or Samsung pay. The plug is a two pole charger so it's not a problem to plug it in here. :)

The European version has an Exynos 2100 processor and a Bluetooth 5 standard, while the version for the Swiss market has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 and a Bluetooth 5.2 standard. It should also be noted that the EU versions may not be compatible with Samsung Pay in Switzerland or similar systems.
