Had the same phenomenon with the left speaker. Reconnecting worked but only for 2 days after which the LED started flashing blue again. I have now disconnected the soundbar from the power supply and reconnected everything so far all speakers are working perfectly again. See if this could also solve the problem for you. Good luck :)

Nevertheless, I researched the compatibility again and according to Samsung, only the 9500s are compatible with the HW-Q710B soundbar. However, I can't check this because I bought an HW-Q800B soundbar and then added the 9500s speakers (also after a long search for compatibility).
