The newer model has a completely different wall mount. With the old model, the wall mount caused heat build-up and the entire screen failed. This has been rectified with the new model. I have not discovered any other differences.
For me it is quite fast in switching but I use Zattoo.

The power cable is modular, so you can simply use a swiss 2pin cable.
When you set it up, it asks for the country, so nothing extra for Switzerland.

No wall mount is included with this TV. However, it is compatible with Samsung's slim fit wall mount and it has a VESA standard of 200x200, so it is compatible with many other wall mounts as well.
