After receiving the PS5 (if this is still possible at all), I will avoid digitec for pre-orders and also no longer recommend it to others. What is being pulled off here can't be right. Even MM was able to find more consoles for the release date. But no, Digitec doesn't even give any information on whether the pre-ordered consoles will even be delivered this year. Very disappointed in this shop.

No matter where the problem of availability is here. It is quite clear that you as Digitec should never take so many pre-orders and pocket the customers' money and then not provide any transparent, decent information...that is an impertinence.

I got the email on Friday that I can't be included in the first delivery. Everything is okay, no problem.... these are not tears, I'm just allergic. No, I'm just kidding. How is it now with the subsequent delivery? Sony has announced that you, as a dealer/supplier, will receive another delivery - we will apparently find out more in the course of this week (week 39). Is that supposed to mean that we would possibly receive the delivery on 19.11. anyway? Do you already know something?

Why are consoles delivered in Germany and absolute silence here? How much money have you earned with something that you don't have? It really sucks how you handle it.

It's not as if the delivery status has only changed from "mid-November" to "no details" since yesterday. So why this e-mail yesterday? Every other store has delivered all the initial preorders and then some, we have been waiting for over 5 months and there has been no communication from digitec regarding the status whatsoever. This is unacceptable. at the very least digitec could inform their customers of the estimated timeframe and queue status. I dont mind waiting for my ps5 given I am fully informed regarding the status of my order but Im not happy to give digitec a 6 month loan and expect no compensation in return.

I agree with the question posed by "DaveWürsten". It would be about time to make a statement. It really can't be that another 50,000 customers in Germany and Austria have now been informed when their PS5, which was ordered between 1 and 30 November, will be delivered. I would like a statement from Dicitec about the second delivery. Many shops have been able to announce a new delivery date in the meantime. Is that also the case here? Can all remaining pre-orderers be included in the second delivery? I don't mind that I don't have the PS5 yet, but I miss the transparency a bit. I don't think I'm the only one who's interested.

No news, no prospect of improvement. I think Digitec's online shop is the best there is, but this time you fucked up badly. Everyone can live with waiting times as long as you have a certain date to look forward to. This is like looking forward to Christmas on 19.11. and Father Christmas a month later still doesn't know if he wants to bring his presents. No one believes you that the supplier, a global corporation, simply gives zero information. Give out a list with numbers of where you are or whatever. but do something for God's sake! If I were as careless in my job as you are with the information, I wouldn't need a PS5 because I would be very unemployed and couldn't afford it.

I ordered the PS5 from you 3 months ago, unfortunately I wasn't among the first wave of deliveries, no problem, it doesn't have to be. But I find it really bad that I haven't received any information from you until now! Where do you get your delivery contingent from? You can't seriously let us believe that there is no information here. It can't be that you receive a few pallets of PS5s at some point and then send them out, can it?

We can expect a long wait, as it seems that other shops are trying harder to get consoles and accessories for their customers. The Pulse 3D headset is available again in many shops, but the delivery time here is almost the end of February. And then you pay 20 more than the competition. And all this from the "largest online retailer in Switzerland".

It's an outrage how this was handled. Why were all the pre-orders accepted then?! On other sites there was a shutdown as soon as the number was reached. In 2 months I still haven't received any information about when I can expect my pre-order!

A colleague ordered the PS5 from Media Markt today at 12 o'clock and it has already been shipped. I've been waiting here for 2 months and still don't know when I'll get it. I'm so frustrated that I didn't buy it from Media Markt today.
