No, it's more or less silent under normal load. When playing a game it's louder but depending on the game not a lot.
I'm using fancontrol to control CPU and case temps, maybe your case is not cool enough?
Are you using cool&quiet or something else, maybe clearing the old drivers and installing newest ones cleanly would help the situation.

I hear absolutely no beeping. But I'm not a high FPS gamer. I just find the fans quite loud under full load.

I bought a 9070 and the bottleneck in BF6 is 10% on average. So with a faster CPU you would have 10% more FPS. That's quite noticeable. With the XT it will be correspondingly higher.

The card itself is white, but the packaging is black.
No, but I use the NZXT GPU Vertical Mounting kit so I don't need the bracket. But there are XFX graphics cards, I think the quicksiber has one as far as I know.

Yes you have to, an RGB cable is included with the card, you can simply connect it to the mainboard.
