The specifications are the same (as they have the same graphics chip).
The manufacturer mainly markets the cooling and visuals (LEDs, branding).
The Quicksilver is slightly longer, which may be why it has a longer cooler.
There is also an option with magnetic air fans (but that would be another model).
It would be interesting to have an exact direct comparison.
My gut feeling tells me that the cheaper version is perfectly adequate.
