Thank you for pointing this out, we will have this checked and adjusted.
This is due to the third-party suppliers at Digitec. Unfortunately, Digitec does nothing about such extortionate offers. Statement from Digitec: https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/tag/showdiscussion/long-island-gmbh-digitecgalaxus-so-geht-es-nicht-weiter-20931?tagids=77
No there is no possibility to use an SD card
Hello, I can't answer that, but I'm sure you can check the data sheet. The camera delivers good pictures and has a built-in night mode.
Unfortunately, no headphones are included.
Konbanwa. Nihongo ga arimasu. You can choose almost any language as the system language in the settings.
LOL, I don't know if it's global or international or EU. In any case, it's not the Chinese version. Unfortunately, many Swiss dealers list the PN100820 - as does Galaxus. In Germany you will find the device under MZB8020EU. Microspot is more clever, they give both numbers. So it's probably the same device. I also got mine from Galaxus because I needed it quickly. TOP satisfied and works without problems in EU / USA and Canada.

There is currently no screen protector available from Digitec for this model. However, there is a case that comes with it that covers the back and goes up to the front.

There is no 5G version of this smartphone at all. Do you perhaps mean the Mi 9 Pro 5G (without T)?

No, unfortunately not.
Hi, when I go to Settings and select my device at the top, it shows the MUI Global version. This is now MUI 11.0.1 with Android 10, whereas this mobile phone comes from the factory with Android 9 and MUI 10. I would recommend the 128 GB version so you have enough reserve, at the price difference it is worth it. I use the same version. Greetings
Yes. No problems with Swisscom WiFi. Even runs better through the walls than with the Huawei Mate 20 Pro. The device is worth every centime!
Unfortunately, it depends on the operator. You should therefore ask Salt if this model is supported or not.

Yes VoIP capable
Everything works fine for me. I think you should still have a guarantee on it if you have no other defects.
Yes. To install another launcher is relatively easy. To kick out MIUI and have a pure android: https://www.thecustomdroid.com/twrp-root-redmi-k-20-pro-guide/
There is a shell that comes with it. It suits me and I haven't bought another one
Unfortunately not..I have also not found any additional setting for this...
Right now there is only one piece in Shop Basel left. I suggest you order this phone for pick-up in Basel to make sure that there will be one for you.
