Hello. as every country works with different bands it is not possible that this works everywhere. so here in Switzerland as indicated on the device maximum 4G.

Hoi frosti4 Have you already switched between 2.4 and 5 GHz under Personal Hotspot -> Set up Hotspot -> Select Band for Access Point and tested it that way? As a rule, devices connected via hotspot run more stable with 2.4 GHz. PS: Hide SSID is not activated, is it?

Hello I am also very interested in this answer, because I also intend to buy the poco X3, because I have exactly the same problem with my new redmi note 9 pro. The vowifi/wificalling with my sim card (swisscom/m-budget) in the xiaomi mi 9 lite and in the Huawei P20 works flawlessly. Because I have poor network coverage at home, I rely on wificalling, which is why I will be replacing my redmi note 9 pro - but this assumes that the new phone will actually work this function on the Swisscom network.
