After 2 weeks, a broken smartphone that was supposed to be shockproof. Weak

It would have been a really great smartphone if the display hadn't cracked when I simply put it down on a table, digitec hadn't refused the guarantee and it would now have taken 4 weeks until I finally got it back (probably still broken). Digitec's service was lousy, no one knew where to send the device and the obvious guarantee was rejected. The smartphone itself is great, but as soon as something happens, you have a bigger problem.

    Pro

    • Super design
    • Actually great promises
    • Significant improvement over the predecessor
    • Good camera
    • Good price/performance

    Contra

    • Service from digitec very poor
    • Processing defective
    • Does not keep promise(shockproof)

    Sensational battery, photos enough

Finally a smartphone with good battery performance. With the ultra-power-saving mode and deactivated internet, I wander around for five days without a charging cable and can still be reached by phone and text message at any time.
The display is good enough and the format and weight are practical. However, you can't have high expectations for the photos. The 8GB internal memory should be expanded with an SD card (e.g. 32GB). I move all my apps to this SD card.
Apart from the fact that the raw materials are hardly from responsible sources, I am very satisfied with it. If it breaks down, I will buy the Fairphone 2 because it is very easy to repair, the origin of the raw materials is transparent and child labour is boycotted.

    For craftsmen and other Raudis

If you don't game on your device, use a real camera anyway for really good photos and drop the device from time to time, you are very well served by this product. Waterproofness is also OK, I wash it regularly under the tap.
    The
rather small memory can be easily expanded with a micro SD card.
This is the second time I have bought this product. It will last about a year if used extensively (dropped at least once a day, construction site, workshop, etc.).

    Pro

    • Function button for torch and camera
    • Battery exchangeable
    • Robust

    I can recommend

This is a good device for little money. The update to Android 5.1 is immediate, so you have the latest Android.

Samsung has tried to upgrade. With a little more ideas, the cover would also be really perfect, like the one on the XCover 1 and 2 was.

The phone is ok, but the cover on the back is all wrong.

    Contra

    • Cover does not close properly on the lower side the first time.

Affordable, practical mobile phone without significant sacrifices in performance

So far I have not been able to test the waterproof function, only the stability in case of falls. The phone runs fast, looks good and works perfectly. Internet connection is sometimes less stable than with my old phone.
