The extremely small M.2 SSD 420S is particularly suitable for devices with high performance demands and limited space. Thanks to the use of high-quality flash chips and sophisticated firmware algorithms, the M.2 SSD 420S offers high reliability. It features a SATA III 6Gb/s interface and SLC caching for high transfer rates with 3D NAND flash chips. The RAID engine and LDPC (Low-Density Parity Check) error correction ensure high data integrity. Additionally, it supports Device Sleep Mode (DevSleep) for longer battery life in laptops and DDR3 DRAM cache. It also supports S.M.A.R.T., TRIM, and NCQ.
