The AmpliFi Router combines an elegant design with state-of-the-art mesh network technology. In combination with other AmpliFi routers or the AmpliFi MeshPoints, it can be used to effortlessly provide medium and large homes with the fastest wireless performance. It is also suitable as a stand-alone router for smaller flats.

A real eye-catcher
The AmpliFi AFi-R differs significantly from standard routers in its design. The compact white cube looks good in any home, whether presented on a coffee table or hidden in the frame. Bulky antennas are not found on the AmpliFi router. The 1.6" touch display on the front panel shows the time or transmission speed of the network as desired. A white LED strip on the underside additionally visualizes the router's activities.

Powerful inner workings
The AmpliFi AFi-R is also in no way inferior to conventional routers in terms of technical equipment. The compact housing accommodates a powerful dual-band antenna, over which transmission speeds of up to 1750 Mbps gross are possible. Four Gigabit LAN ports and a WAN interface provide wired connectivity.

mesh networking
The AmpliFi AFi-R can be used in conjunction with other AFi routers or AFi-P-HD MeshPoints in mesh mode. Thanks to mesh technology, the WLAN signal reaches every corner, even in larger flats, without major losses. You benefit from high coverage and improved redundancy. In addition, the data rate increases if the distance between the Mesh Access Points is reduced.
