XCell BC-X1000 Fast Charger

Microprocessor-controlled fast charger with an LCD display for charging 1-4 AA and AAA Ni-MH/Ni-Cd batteries as well as USB devices in a very slim design - ideal for travel or on the go.

The XCell BC-X1000 charger charges batteries with different charging currents in stages of 200 mA, 500 mA, 700 mA, and 1,000 mA. The discharge rate can also be adjusted (selectable discharge current: 100/250/350/500 mA). Each charging slot is assigned a separate LCD display. It is possible to charge AA and AAA batteries simultaneously.

The batteries are protected from overheating by temperature monitoring. Full detection of the cells is carried out using the very safe delta-peak method. The charger detects defective cells. A cyclical process is available, allowing the batteries to be discharged first and then recharged to prevent the memory effect. Old cells can be rejuvenated through discharge/charge cycles.

There is a test function to check battery capacity. Charging or discharging functions can be performed simultaneously and independently in the various charging slots. During a charging or discharging process, the user is shown the key process data on the respective display. This includes the current (mA), the current battery voltage (V), the charged or discharged capacity (mAh or Ah), and the elapsed time (hh:mm).

The charger is equipped with a USB charging output (5 V/1 A) for charging smartphones, iPhones, or other USB devices.
