In a classic radiator, the water flows in a U-shape. Water is introduced on one side, flows through half of the radiator, then turns around and returns through the other half. The outlet is on the same side as the inlet. In an X-Flow radiator, the water flows completely from left to right through the radiator. The inlet and outlet are on opposite sides.
