Question about Google Pixel 7

A Swisscom employee told me that there are configuration problems when buying a Pixel on the Swiss network because it is not intended for the Swiss market. Is this true? Is there a guide somewhere on what settings to make at the start of use in Switzerland so that the mobile is 100% functional?

Helpful answer

What exactly are the configuration problems? My son has been using a Pixel 7 for a few months (via the Swisscom network) and so far everything he needs works.

I am not with Swisscom, but with Sunrise. Some problems were with double SIM - foreign as physical SIM, Sunrise as e-SIM. Solution is to manually dial foreign SIM network to Sunrise and everything works fine.

The person from Swisscom has told you nonsense. I've had the pixel 7 for almost a year with sunrise and now with Salt and I've never had a problem.
