After 2 hours, the eco setting "are they still there" comes on and goes into standby again after 60 seconds. Is it not possible to switch off this function at all??? Nokia does not reply to my request 😡

This does not happen with me, although energy-saving mode is active. Perhaps activate the HDMI CEC so that the TV has control over on/off.
