After use, the power LEDs just stay lit. They only go out when they are charged and the cable is disconnected. The power button has no effect. Is this normal?

For me, the LEDs go out after 10 seconds, regardless of whether something has been loaded or not.

I was also a bit surprised at first, but if you have the device (mobile phone, tablet, etc.) connected for a longer period of time and it was fully charged, the powerbank may switch off. If you then press the power button, the powerbank switches on again without the cable having to be plugged in and unplugged. (This is my experience).
