Application : how to get contacts from Outlook 2007 to HTC 10? HTC Sync Manager does not work with the model. ActivSync from Microsoft does not work with Win 7 and Win 10. Only thing left is to buy an external programme for about $40?

this is so....
You can try to install the Gmail account in Outlook and then the GMail with the mobile phone.
The problem is that the addresses are usually in the local folder.
This makes synchronisation tedious....
So the easiest way to solve this is to use a 3vendor solution.
