When setting up the device, if you give permission to check your profile it could download them automatically. I had this happened to me in one of my setups. But it also installed a lot of other swiss and/or local apps which I didn't want so, maybe I would go for manual installation if you only care about those 2. As mentioned in another comment, you have them available in the store

They do not have the nd by default but are included in the Playstore
