Are these functions of the EU version only blocked in Switzerland? Or are these functions then completely blocked, regardless of the SIM inserted and whether I am in Switzerland or in the EU?

Sorry, I only use the phone in Switzerland and therefore don't know how it works abroad.
I have also never noticed that any applications are blocked. Sorry
