I waited especially until the 12 came. Actually, I wanted to buy the SE. Now the 12 Mini is here and it looks like the battery is not much better than in the SE. 5G and OLED eat up power. Of course, the SE doesn't have such a great battery either, so I'll probably go for the 11. It only costs about 150 more than the SE but I don't need to worry about the battery. It's also more than 200 euros cheaper than the 12. I don't need MagSafe and OLED. 5G is only being developed. I'd rather have the cheaper one with a better battery.
