Before I get into trouble again and the mobile phone is not approved by Sunrise for VOLTE and WIFI calling, can someone from Galaxus please clarify whether the mobile supports the functions with a Sunrise SIM.

VoLTE and WifiCall work with Sunrise. I have it in use and the second sim with Salt also works.
