I have an HP business notebook. I don't know if it is a Spectre model. Charging works, but the powerbank (...or possibly the notebook) has problems recognising whether it is being charged or has to supply power. After plugging it in 2-3 times, it works properly. For me, the capacity of the XB304 is enough for a full charge of the notebook.
