I am currently asking myself the same question. According to the description of the Hue Play lamps, however, it requires a notebook with an installed desktop app in between, and a Hue app for this smart TV cannot be found. Therefore, your question can probably only be answered with "indirectly", since an HDMI output is of course available. But I would be very happy to be proven wrong!
