Can I install this water cooler in the PURE BASE 500DX ABOVE? And would it be enough for an amd ryzen 7 3700x?

Yes, that is possible. However, one should be aware that the radiator mounted in the lid partially covers the rear fan. High RAM heat sinks can also make installation more difficult. I would therefore recommend mounting the radiator in the front of the case if possible. For this, only the hard drive cage has to be removed. The cooling capacity is easily sufficient for a 3700X.
