I don't think this is possible - as iTunes doesn't have a "cast" function (but AirPlay does).

Why not just use the Sonos app? With it, you can access the local iTunes library on your iPhone and stream directly to the soundbar (the TV doesn't even have to be on).

Alternatively (if you also want picture/video or even screen sharing) buy an Apple TV ;-)
