Yes, you can without any problems. Every device on the Digitec website is SIM-lock free, so you can use all SIM cards. Only some Samsung devices have a European SIM lock, which means you have to make the first 5 minutes of calls with a European SIM card before you can use the device with an Asian or American SIM card.
