Can I use this powerbank with a Laptop lenovo T570 ? The original adapter is 45W so it should work?

I bought the device, so I can confirm it is running fine with Lenovo T570. I also tested with Dell Inspiron 5510, but this does not work. It probably requires at least 60W capatibility.
