Can this powerbank also be switched off with a connected USB cable? If yes, how...I have tried everything...pressed the power button twice briefly or for approx. 5 seconds...but no switch-off possible

For me, it works if I briefly press the power button twice after I have connected the power bank to a smartphone, for example. Maybe a hardware problem?
