Yes, it works perfectly with all Android devices in my household and, depending on the consumer, the fast charging function is also supported. It has two USB-C inputs/outputs and a USB-A output in the centre with less power, but is compatible with the standard cable of most commercially available chargers. An approx. 20cm long USB-C to USB-C cable was included in the scope of delivery.

Yes, of course. All devices that adhere to the regular USB standards charge with it. We haven't had any problems with headphones etc. either (currently using iphone, google pixel and samsung galaxy).
