Dear Community, I have the following problem: The (newly purchased) device requires a six-digit pin code when a SIM card is inserted. However, the original pin code of the SIM card is only four digits, but the device wants a six-digit pin code to unlock it. Is it possible that the device has been used before? I have never experienced this before... Thank you for your feedback.

I don't know, but maybe you can try putting the Simm card in the other hole.
