Do I have to take a RAM with 2400Mhz haz, or can I also take one with 3200Mhz, because the mainboard supports up to 400Mhz Ram or can I only take one with 2400Mhz?

You can also use 3200mhz, you just have to set the XMP profile in the bios, otherwise they run at 2133.
