does an aio watercooling with 2 fans fit with a gigabyte rtx 2070 S (3 fans) i don't know if the graphics card size is with or without watercooling

Graphics card size generally applies without a cooling unit. You can attach the radiator to the front of the "grille" and then the fans on the inside as a pull configuration or vice versa, then you can use the respective masses.
