I guess there are no NZXT cases without glass. What I do recommend is the "Corsair Carbide 270R". It looks almost the same, it has no glass on the side, but it is from Corsair.

Yes, a MicroATX mainboard can also be installed in the enclosure.

Only a 120mm fan fits at the very back, but 120mm at the top. At the front, on the other hand, you can fit the 280mm radiator without any problems.
Front panel cable and fan cable
Graphics card size generally applies without a cooling unit. You can attach the radiator to the front of the "grille" and then the fans on the inside as a pull configuration or vice versa, then you can use the respective masses.
With adapters, yes, but the H510i version has the frame already integrated. Just be warned, due to the integrated frame, the graphics card is VERY close to the pane!
