Does anyone have experience with the Sunrise UPC TV app together with the Xgimi Android TV ? Unfortunately, after logging in we always get the message that this app is only for customers with a Sunrise UPC login and with a UPC TV box. We actually have both, i.e. a login, a UPC TV box and the corresponding subscription "Happy Home". Actually everything according to the Sunrise UPC home page https://www.upc.ch/de/fernsehen/infos-zu-tv/upc-tv-app/ . Nevertheless, Sunrise UPC claims that the problem must be the Xgimi. I would be very grateful for your advice!

AndroidTV is installed on the beamer, so you can use the UPC app without any problems. If necessary, make an update. If you would like technical support, you can register at: https://www.digitec.ch/de....
