I have the Poco F3 myself and use them with the Sony WH-1000xm4, which rely on LDAC. Works without problems and is also shown to me in the Bluetooth settings (That the smartphone is connected to the headphones with LDAC.).
Aptx Hd should also work, as this has been implemented in every Android phone since Android 8 or so.

The Poco F2 has. Since the F3 has the more modern chip in which the codecs are integrated, I see no reason why it should not have this. But I haven't found anything official.
