Question about Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra

Does anyone know the USB version of the included USB C cable? It is a 3A cable as far as I know. Since the 5A cable from the EP-T4510 charger only has USB 2.0, a USB 3.0 (or 3.1 Gen 1) cable would be very handy...

Not sure what's your exact question but:
1) with the built-in cable you can fast charge up to 3A, 5A doesn't work *all the time* for me.
2) my cable (S23 ULTRA 512) has been delivered with a 3.1 cable, my gf got the S23 256 and the cable is a 3.0

In both cases we can charge 3A with no issues and 5A using a 3rd party cable. As I said, 5A does work with the standard cable but not all the time (using the same charger from Samsung), with our powerbank seems to be more reliable but to achieve 100% success, we use the 3rd party cable.
