Perhaps the following information will help.

I have asked Samsung Electronics Switzerland GmbH the following questions: "Can the Galaxy XCover 5 Enterprise Edition (SM-G525FZKDEEC) hold 2 SIM cards AND a MicroSD card at the same time? In other words, does it have 3 card slots, namely 2 slots for SIM cards and 1 slot for a MicroSD card?"

I got the following answer: "Yes, according to the technical data sheet, it is possible to hold 2 SIM cards and an SD card in the device at the same time. Please note that there are 2 different compartments. There is 1 compartment where only a SIM card fits and another where a SIM card and an SD card fit."

Apparently the technicians at Digitec have gone mute.... Or do you not deliver the SM-G525FZKDEEC at all...? The device in the showroom of Digitec Kriens can be groped, but it is quite cleverly fastened, namely in such a way that it cannot be opened either and thus it cannot be checked on the spot which device it is - whether Dual-SIM or Hybrid-SIM or EU version or whatever. The friendly lady from Digitec also made no effort to change the attachment (with alarm) in any way or to follow up on my question.... Weak.

So on your feet, Digitec technicians - and at least answer my question if you want to sell the thing to me!
