Does the device have 2 IMEI numbers or only one? This is essential because I want to use both SIM cards at the same time (private + business), with one IMEI number I can only use one SIM card at a time.

Hello, I had the mobile phone in operation with 2 physical sim cards. It worked wonderfully. However, I went back to Apple. Since then, the CAT S62 has just been lying around. I had the problem that after about 2 days of operation, only Unknown was displayed when I made a call, despite the saved contacts. I haven't found a workable solution because I depend on it for my job. I don't have any of these problems with the iPhone XR. I simply activated one as an E-Sim. Unfortunately, this is not possible with the CAT S62 either. This means that the memory space is limited and can no longer be expanded.
I hope I have clarified a few things.
