Yes, Wifi Calling is supported. Attached is a small instruction:
1. open the phone app
2. select the three-dot symbol in the top right-hand corner
3. select settings
4. activate "WLAN calls" (at the bottom)
WiFi Calling is now active on your Samsung Galaxy S7. You should recognise this by a wifi symbol with a telephone handset in the status bar.
