The Dark Rock Pro 4 overhangs about three out of four RAM slots, but thanks to cut-outs on the lower slats you should have no problems up to 46mm height. So your RAM will fit without a problem, but your RGB bars will be partially covered. If you take a look at the be quiet! website, you will see that they have installed exactly your RAM in their example ;)

P.S.: I myself am currently using the Dark Rock Pro 4 with Corsair Vengeance Pro RGB (>50mm height). This is also possible with a bit of skill if you mount the front fan a bit higher up. However, this is not a particularly elegant solution and I would not recommend it for a completely new purchase.
