As long as your laptop can be charged via USB-C, I see no reason why this shouldn't work. The power bank merely acts as an alternative power source to the socket. Only if your laptop requires more than 65 W charging current will charging probably not work properly during operation. However, this should not be a problem in your case, as your laptop is definitely below this.

I've been using the powerbank regularly for a few months now and it works really well. I have already recommended it several times.
